Quick tip to all Occupiers, and it’s very very important, Eat well, balanced food, I.e a mixture of carbs and Proteins, fatty foods are a must, especially as the cold weather is incoming, and also, look after your immune system, daily supplements of Vitamin C and Omega 3 are a must 🙂 and remember, Stand Firm, Don’t let the bastards grind you down, and Go forth and #Occupy 😀 ♥
